Clinton Skates Again

When is Extreme Carelessness NOT the Same as Gross Negligence?

When it comes to the Clintons, of course! Sadly, the American people have just been given another reason not to trust the Clintons or our Government.

In most cases, being extremely careless would get you convicted of being grossly negligent. Usually they are used interchangeably and are considered the same thing, but not when it comes to a Clinton, apparently. FBI Director James Comey says today that Clinton was “extremely careless” in the handling of “very sensitive, highly classified information.” Well, if this is the case, how is it possible that Clinton isn’t indicted? It’s mind-boggling that Hillary is likely to walk away from this. It’s mind-boggling that she was allowed to trade on her position as Secretary of State and bring billions into the Clinton Foundation from foreign countries. What in the name of Hell is going on here? I’ll tell you what’s going on…same old Clinton family scandal rodeo and the ringmaster is Hillary, as it’s always been.

110 emails in 52 email chains were deemed by the FBI to have been classified at the time they were sent or received. 8 email chains contained Top Secret information at the time they were sent. 36 chains were Secret. But Clinton said she never sent any emails that were classified. Hmmm.

If you or I had done the same thing at our places of work, trust me, we would have already lost our jobs and would be under indictment right now. But not the Clintons. Even though the FBI Directors said that there is clearly evidence of potential violations of the statutes that cover this.

Let’s tell the truth: She was reckless, and in her position, that alone makes here grossly negligent not to mention unfit for the Presidency. She should be prosecuted. She should be indicted. She should be held accountable for her actions. Even Director Comey said she and her people should have known better. He may not have been able to ask for an indictment, but he made the case for her recklessness and gross negligence. Someone should have the balls to ask for a special prosecutor and to pursue this in court. With the Clintons, we know one thing. There will always be a scandal to cover up and they will bring their uniquely arrogant ways back to Washington DC if she is elected, and we will have at least another 4 year Arkansas shit-show in the White House.

I wonder how much money the Clinton Foundation will raise while Hillary is President? Apparently trading on your political position is exempt from prosecution also because she’s already done that and nobody seems to care.
